How long will it take to ship my order?
My current processing time is 7-14 business days. How fast I ship depends on how many orders I currently have and how many items you order. This is a one-person shop. I do all the cutting and packaging. There will be times when there will be a full 14 business day wait. I will try to ship out orders as quickly as I can. Please also take note that during sales, processing times may increase from 2-3 weeks. Feel free to contact me if you need a delivery estimate. Due USPS delayed delivery of our supplies, there may be times when your order is broken down into multiple shipments. If this happens, you will find your tracking numbers listed in the My Account section. Please also feel free to contact me if you are unable to locate your tracking numbers.
What are your business hours?
I’m online Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm. I drop off my final shipment for the day at 3pm. Any questions about your order please give me up to 48 hours to respond.
What type of paper are the stickers printed on?
The stickers are printed on standard matte sticker paper, kiss cut so all you have to do is peel and stick. The stickers are non-removable, but also easy to write on with your standard pen. The stickers are not waterproof.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the nature of the product, I do not offer refunds.
I do however want you to be happy so please contact me if there is an issue with your stickers and I will be more than happy to help you. 100% customer satisfaction and feedback is my top priority. I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
Can I customize my stickers?
All stickers are pre-made and ready to print in its current format. I cannot customize the full box, functional stickers, or rounded stickers. I can customize the script stickers, but you must contact me first beforehand.
Covid-19 USPS Delays
Due to Covid-19, USPS is experiencing delays in my area (Michigan Pontiac Distribution Center and Detroit Distribution Center). There may be times when you received delayed updates on your packaging. Because we schedule pickups, many times our carrier will not scan the package and it will remain in pre-shipment until it receives a scan at the distribution center. If you run into this issue and you don’t see movement for a MAX of 7 days, please contact me so I can put in a search request, or send a replacement.
