How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. During sales, processing time extends to 7–14 business days. All orders ship with tracking.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service. You'll receive tracking when your order ships.
What paper are the stickers printed on?
Premium removable matte sticker paper, kiss cut so you can just peel and stick. The stickers are easy to write on with a standard pen and are not waterproof.
What are your business hours?
I'm online Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm EST, and I drop off the day's final shipment at 3pm. For questions about your order, please allow 24–48 business hours for a reply.
Refunds & exchanges?
Because of the nature of the product, I don't offer refunds, but I want you to be happy. If there's any issue with your stickers, contact me and I'll make it right. 100% customer satisfaction is my top priority.
Can I customize my stickers?
All stickers are pre-made in their current format: full box, functional and round stickers can't be customized. Script stickers CAN be customized, but please contact me first before ordering.
