Processing time

Every sheet is cut and packed by Jennifer — this is a one-person shop! Current processing time is 7–14 business days. During sales, processing can extend to 2–3 weeks. Occasionally an order ships in multiple packages; you'll find every tracking number in the My Account section, or just message me for a delivery estimate.

Delivery

All orders ship USPS First Class with tracking. Once shipped: USA 7–14 business days, international 14–21 business days.

Free U.S. shipping

Orders of $50+ ship free within the U.S. — the free shipping option appears at checkout.

USPS delays

My local distribution centers (Pontiac & Detroit, MI) occasionally scan packages late, so tracking can sit in pre-shipment for a few days. If there's no movement for 7 days max, contact me and I'll open a search request or send a replacement.
